You already
know what
to do.
So what's holding you back?
The problem probably isn't information. You've watched the videos, read the articles, done the research. The problem is that without someone watching closely — someone who actually knows what they're looking at — even good intentions often produce mediocre results.
"The art of coaching is getting a man to do what he doesn't want to do, in order to achieve what he's always wanted to be."
Why most men stay exactly where they are.
The same patterns, over and over. Not for lack of effort, but for lack of the right structure to guide that effort.
Training without direction
Showing up consistently but following a program that doesn't actually fit your body, your goals, or your life. Effort without structure is just burning calories.
Nutrition that doesn't add up
Eating reasonably well but still not lean, still not energised. Because it's about so much more than just macros and calories.
Hormones silently undermining everything
Poor sleep, low motivation, slow recovery, flat mood. You've adapted to feeling this way, but you shouldn't have to. These variables are almost always addressable.
No accountability when it matters most
When life gets demanding, training, sleep, and diet are often the first to slip. Because nothing external is holding the line. Every top performer in history has had someone watching from the outside. You're not the exception.
No one watching closely enough
The single most important thing a coach does isn't provide information. Most men already know roughly what they need to do. It's the relationship itself that creates change: someone who understands your psychology, spots your patterns, and makes it harder for you to stay the same than to improve.
I was the skinny kid
who couldn't even squat
half his bodyweight.
At 19 I weighed barely 63kg and was starting pretty much from scratch: literally just the bar on the squat rack. I made every mistake you can make. Wasted precious years using poor programming, being super inconsistent and distracted, and making stupid nutrition choices.
What changed wasn't my effort. From the start of my training, I never skipped leg day, and I always pushed myself hard - enough to injure myself several times. What changed was knowledge, structure, and having the humility to learn from people who knew more than me. Over the years I've figured out a system that works for me and for my clients. The coaching I offer is that system, applied directly to you.
5/5 Ben is an excellent coach who keeps me consistently accountable and focused on progress. I really value his science-backed approach. Everything is logical, structured, and results-driven. Highly recommend.
What the first three months actually look like.
Coaching isn't a product you receive and use once and forget about. It's a living, evolving relationship structured around consistent assessment, adjustment, and forward momentum.
Foundation
Full assessment of your training history, current habits, schedule needs, and goals. Custom program and nutrition plan built from scratch or adapted to what you're already working with. Everything calibrated to you specifically.
Calibration
Weekly check-in calls. Program adjustments based on what you can sustainably manage and how your body is actually responding. Tweaking your diet, sleep, and general habits. Daily support throughout.
Momentum
The foundation is built. You've stacked some wins and your progress is starting to become visible. Your lifts are climbing, your body's looking and feeling a bit better, you're noticing improvements in your energy levels. Training gets more targeted as we learn your specific response patterns.
Compounding
Three months of consistent, well-directed effort produces results that can look pretty dramatic from the outside. Most clients choose to continue beyond the initital 3 months, because the results are clear.
Every component, working together.
Custom Training Program
Built for your specific goals, schedule, and training history. Not a cookie-cutter template. Progressively structured and adjusted as needed based on your actual response. This is infinitely better than the generic, unchanging programs you'll find online.
Custom Nutrition Plan
Precise calorie and macro targets, optimised (and enjoyable) food selection, full micronutrient coverage. Food can be a tricky thing to get right and to stick to, so we'll take it at your pace, introducing changes that are as small or as big as you need.
Hormone Optimisation
Testosterone, sleep quality, stress management, recovery, all actively managed as part of the system. Most clients notice a shift in how they feel subjectively (energy, libido, drive) within the first few weeks.
Weekly Check-in Call
Up to 30 minutes, one to one, every week. We review your progress, make any adjustments to the program that are needed, I answer your questions and give you clarity and motivation. I'm here to make sure you always know exactly what you're doing and why. You don't have to do it all by yourself - I'm here to help.
Daily Text Support
Direct access to me throughout the week. Questions answered, problems solved, adjustments made in real time. You're never left wondering what to do next.
Video Form Checks
Send me any lift and I'll give you detailed technique feedback. Protect your joints, maximise the strength or hypertrophy stimulus, and build movement patterns that you can perform sustainably without injury.
Progress Tracking
We'll track your lifts, measurements, and key health markers over time. Seeing the numbers move is one of the most powerful motivators there is.
Accountability
I know how easy it can be to get pulled off course by work, travel, stress, etc. When life seems to conspire against your success, I'm here to keep you on track and remind you why you're doing this in the first place. Even if you end up just doing the bare minimum for a while, that's infinitely better than falling off entirely.
Everything I Know
I have extensive knowledge of physiology from my degree and even more so from my own reading. I've been helping guys like you get in shape and optimise their health for years, refining my methods. I've experimented on myself extensively. You get all of my knowledge, focused entirely on your situation. My videos barely scratch the surface of what I have to offer.
I only take on a limited number of clients. Here's why that matters to you.
This coaching is right for you if…
- You've been training consistently but the results don't reflect the effort
- You want your training, nutrition, and hormones genuinely optimised — not just guessed at
- You're willing to commit to at least 3 months and do what it takes
- You want direct access to a coach who pays close attention to your specific situation and genuinely wants to help you achieve the best results you can
- You're done with generic programmes and guesswork and ready for something that really fits you personally
- You want to become visibly, measurably better: stronger, leaner, sharper, more confident, more full of life
It isn't right for you if…
- You're looking for the lowest-cost option available
- You're not willing to show up consistently
- You think you already know everything and aren't open to changing your approach
- You want someone to do the work for you while you stay passive
- You're not ready to commit to at least 3 months
Questions worth answering directly:
I don't have a gym. Can you still help?
Yes. Bodyweight training and home workouts were how I got started with working out. A serious physique can be built without a gym; you just need to know how. Your program will be designed around whatever equipment you have available.
How quickly will I see results?
Energy, drive, and sleep quality typically shift pretty fast, within days or weeks. Physique changes and noticeable fat loss can happen within 8–12 weeks of focused effort. A year of well-directed training will completely change how you look and feel.
I have an injury or mobility issue. Is that a problem?
No. Every program is built for the individual, which means we work around your limitations and protect whatever needs protecting. If you're dealing with something serious, I'll always recommend seeing the right specialist, but that won't stop us training productively in the meantime. Injury history is taken into account right from the start.
I'm very busy. Can you fit this around my schedule?
That's one of the main advantages of individual coaching. Your program is built for your actual available days, your realistic session length (even as short as 20-30 minutes), your energy levels. No forcing a 5-day program into a 3-day week. The whole point of personal coaching is that we build somethign that fits your life perfectly.
Do you only work with people who are already in decent shape?
Not at all. Some of my best results have come with men who were starting from basically nothing. When you do things correctly right from the start, the results are phenomenal. I'm proud of the guys who have come looking for personal coaching right from the start - they know the value of their time, and their results are accelerated massively by accepting a helping hand.
Why a 3-month minimum?
I've offered one month in the past, and I always find it isn't really enough to build proper momentum. The first month is building the foundation: assessment, building out the program, getting everything calibrated. If you stop there, it always feels like you're just getting started and miss out on the real long-term benefits. Months two and three are where your progress compounds and becomes really visible. The men who commit properly are the ones who get the results worth talking about.
Limited spots.
One is yours
if you're right for it.
Fill out the short application form below. I read every one personally and you'll hear back from me within 48 hours, either to arrange a brief call to discuss whether we're a good fit, or with an honest response if it's not the right time.
I ask for a minimum 3-month commitment. Not to lock you in, but because one month isn't enough to build real momentum, and the men who commit properly are the ones who get the real long-term results.
